Wolfgang Fischer - BSc (Hons), FAICD, FAusIMM
Executive Chairman
 Mr Fischer has more than 35 years of top level experience in the Australian and international natural resources industry. He has held executive management and board positions in a range of operational and corporate roles with several large and successful local and international companies exploring for and developing natural resources. Mr Fischer has a strong background in corporate governance, and has considerable mineral and petroleum project management experience in operating joint ventures from project start-up to production.
Mr Fischer, a graduate of Melbourne University, Australia, has a first class Bachelor of Science Honours degree majoring in geology. After more than a decade with EXXON in Australia and overseas, he was for several years the Managing Director of AUSPET, a successful junior explorer and producer listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. In 1990 Mr Fischer went into business for himself and since then he has been involved in both energy and mineral ventures including the identification of commercial deposits of non-ferrous base metals, gold, industrial minerals and precious stones.
During his career Mr Fischer has identified attractive business opportunitites in their early stages and has developed them to generate substantial shareholder value. He has a strong commercial focus and the ability to appraise situations in their local and strategic contexts. He is a member of several professional associations including the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers.
Nathan Lude - B.Bus, M Urb Dev & Sust (Bond) LREA
Managing Director
The company has engaged Mr Nathan Lude as Managing Director. Mr Lude is director of a number of unlisted companies and is a successful businessman with over 14 years experience. Mr Lude's business experience has included business restructures for KPMG, the establishment of new business entities and the rebuilding/operations of businesses through venture capital investments associated with the asset management industry. Mr Lude has a Masters Degree (Bond University) a Bachelor of Business and is a member of the Institute of Company Directors and also the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies.
Mr Lude’s business skills and experience are focused around corporate restructures, developing and implementing effective business systems, operational procedures, financial controls and the management of business operations. Mr Lude's extensive project development experience, marketing and asset management capabilities will lead the company as it enters a new phase and advances it's asset portfolio.
Francis De Souza
Non-Executive Director
Mr De Souza has a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University in Western Australia. He has 12 years experience in financail services, corporate advisory and equity markets, with a specific focus on the resources sector. Mr De Souza's business experience has included equity structured sales and trading, mergers and acquisitions, asset divestments, equity and hybrid financing, corporate business development and project evaluation across a range of mineral commodities.
Mr De Souza is co-founder of Otsana Capital, a boutique advisory firm specialising in mergers and acquisitons, capital raisings, Initial Public Offerings (IPO's) and corporate restructuring. Mr De Souza is a Non-Executive Director of Epic Resources Ltd and Conto Resources Ltd, both junior exploration companies with projects in Australia.
Kevin R Hart, B.Com, CA
Company Secretary
Mr Hart is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years' experience in the management and administration of public listed entities in the mining and exploration industry.
He is currently a partner of Endeavour Corporate, an advisory firm which specialises in the provision of Company Secretarial services to ASX listed entities. Mr Hart also serves on the board of a number of other small listed companies.
